Introduction
This person will be responsible for supporting development, publication, and distribution support for iOS, macOS, and Android applications to the public Apple App Store and Google Play Store on behalf of IBM. This person will have the opportunity to run projects and make enhancements in this environment. The IBM App Services team manages the Apple/Google developer programs for IBM, handles DOUs, and helps to define BCG guidelines and requirements for each type of distributions with respect to Legal, Privacy, Brand, Security. The mission supports strategic initiatives that are essential not only to IBM's operational efficiency, but also to IBM's consistent reputation in the public facing Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
This new hire will enable the program to meet key project deadlines such as the migration from Box to OneDrive -- over 9000 automation jobs including code signing, mobile security penetration testing, and app store uploads stem from Box Drive as of now. The team is also working to extend support to Linux and Windows applications in support of commercial products such as Maximo.
Your Role And Responsibilities
As an IBM App Services Software Developer, you will work within the Office of the CIO and you will fulfill a critical role in the IBM App Services mission. You will work as a member of the IBM App Services team to share responsibility for the development, publication, and distribution support for iOS, macOS, and Android applications to the public marketplace on behalf of IBM.

- Ability to manage complex technical challenges across multiple organizations and stakeholders
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Over 5 years of experience in Full stack development using Node.js and Express.js.
- Should be proficient in front end technology using angular.
- Experience with docker and Kubernetes containerization & orchestration.
- Proficiency in Java and MacOS application development.
- Experience developing on Red Hat OpenShift.
- Familiarity with IBM Cloudant NoSQL and IBM Cloud Object Storage.
