Payable Automation
We are an early-age startup aiming towards simplifying cost management for all organizations. We are working on developing an Enterprise SAAS application that can enable firms to easily automate the process of invoice verifications, contract and vendor management. Our key product modules include :
- Our accounts payable automation software solution uses machine learning to automate AP invoice processing and learns an organization's unique patterns to simplify, automate approval notifications, identify duplicates and more.
- Cloud-native software solution to automate your invoice reconciliation process to eliminate errors, mitigate risks and in-built workflows to handle all scenarios.
- Get the auto-reconciled statement in a click. Identify spend leakages and process inefficiencies with on-demand reports.
- Our software can analyze all contracts across the business and helps mitigate risk and ensure compliance by making it easy to bring a contract into the platform and quickly find potential problem clauses.
The role is primarily based in Pune. We are looking for someone who can implement our application for different clients after understanding their requirement. This will include setting up the application from scratch and delivering the customer with a customized version to fit their needs.
Responsibilities
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
- Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change
- Gathering configuration data from customer which includes discussions with International Customers
- Massaging the data and transforming it to be loaded in the application
- Making configuration changes based on customer requirements
- Identifying gaps and enhancements in the application and articulating it to the product team for development and prioritization.
- Writing Test Scenarios and Executing them from customer specific perspective
- Conducting User Trainings
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing
- Managing minor backend database configurations and data updates
- Expected to become a product functional subject matter expert
- Travel nationally and internationally for implementations and training (typically 5%)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage and collaborate with global audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.
- Experience in running SQL queries on databases.
- Experience working with international customers.
- Additional language proficiency, especially in Spanish or French, is a plus.
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field, MBA
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
