Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements

· Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable insights

· Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and senior leadership

· Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau

· Perform data queries and analysis using basic SQL

· Work with AWS-based data infrastructure and tools

Requirements:

· Proven experience in business analysis and stakeholder management

· Strong communication and documentation skills

· Hands-on experience with SQL, AWS, and Tableau

· Ability to work independently and drive outcomes

Mandatory skill sets:

Business Analysis, BRD, FRD, Requirement Gathering

Preferred skill sets:

Financial Service domain experience, Tableau, power BI
