Job Description & Summary

Are you looking for a technically challenging role? then we’ve one for you. We are looking for a seasoned software engineer to design and execute our platform migration from monolithic to microservice based architecture. In this role you’ll / Your main responsibilities

· You’ll be responsible for redesigning the application from present monolithic architecture to microservices based architecture, in the most efficient and scalable way.

· You’ll be owning the application migration from current platform to data driven streaming platform

*Mandatory skill sets 

· Hands on experience in Java 8/ Python

· Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Spring / Guice

· Hands on experience in Sprint Boot, Web service (Rest Service), Microservice based Architecture

· Good understanding of design patterns and should be able to design solutions and algorithms.

· Experience in migrating monolithic application to microservice will be a plus

· Experience with NoSQL DBs. Couchbase, MongoDB will be a plus

· Experience in any Message Queue, Kafka knowledge will be a plus

· Exposure to OpenShift, Docker + Kubernetes will be a plus

· Good understanding of NFRs

· Good understanding of CICD

*Preferred skill sets 

· Experience in Airline domain is a plus

*Years of experience required 

4 to 9 years of experience in analysis, design, development of software systems in Java
