Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Security Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of our network security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco and Juniper technologies, a deep understanding of enterprise network architectures, and a passion for maintaining robust and secure network environments.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Security Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of our network security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco and Juniper technologies, a deep understanding of enterprise network architectures, and a passion for maintaining robust and secure network environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and propose robust network and security architectures using Cisco and Juniper technologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise network architecture, VPNs, firewalls, and network segmentation.
- Hands-on knowledge of Cisco and Juniper products.
- Configure and maintain dynamic and static routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
- Design and implement resilient network topologies using HSRP, VRRP, MSTP, and EtherChannel/LAGs.
- Design VLAN structures and routing schemas aligned with security and performance requirements.
- Support hybrid infrastructures and integrate cloud routing through ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, or VPN.
- Implement network access control solutions, such as Cisco ISE.
- Apply network segmentation, micro-segmentation, and Zero Trust principles.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed solution documentation including High-Level Designs, Low-Level Designs, Bills of Materials, and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Conduct technical presentations, solution walkthroughs, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
- Provide guidance on product selection, licensing models, and integration approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network projects and upgrades.
- Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Implement network solutions to support business requirements and strategic goals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in network security engineering.
- Proficiency in Cisco and Juniper networking equipment and configurations.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals : IP addressing, subnetting, NAT, DNS, DHCP, STP, VTP, VXLAN.
- Experience with network access control, such as Cisco ISE.
- Experience with network segmentation, micro-segmentation, and Zero Trust principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Cisco : CCNP / CCIE (Enterprise or Security)
- Juniper : JNCIS / JNCIP / JNCIE
- Additional : NSE (Fortinet), PCNSE (Palo Alto), or other security-focused certifications.
