- Day-to-day tasks related to technical project management: This is the primary focus and implies managing timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and overall project execution.
- Leading and guiding the development team involved in the web app projects.
- This includes task assignment, performance monitoring, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- This is the ultimate goal, encompassing all aspects of project management to bring the projects to completion on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
