Job Description
We are seeking experienced Python Developers / Leads to join our dynamic team working on enterprise-level solutions for a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on Python development experience and a solid understanding of QA and functional testing processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct functional testing, identify issues, and ensure application stability and performance.
- Participate in QA processes, including automation, verification, and validation of code.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Support release cycles and production deployments in a collaborative environment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers (for Lead roles).
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development (minimum 4+ years).
- Good understanding of functional testing and QA processes.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Valid Passport is mandatory.
- Exposure to automation frameworks or scripting for testing.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SQL, or data processing frameworks.
