Role : Technical Lead (Tech Lead)

Location : Gurgaon

A growing AgTech startup has retained us to hire a Technical Lead. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing scalable MERN stack applications while optimizing performance, security, and observability.

You will own the technical strategy for complex problems, ensuring best coding practices, debugging, and third-party API integrations. Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and manage the development team, review code, drive collaboration, and oversee recruitment. You will also manage the entire SDLC, ensuring agile execution, sprint planning, and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable MERN stack applications with a focus on performance, security, and observability.
• Develop technical strategies, write efficient, maintainable code, integrate third-party APIs, and troubleshoot/debug issues effectively.
• Guide and mentor the development team, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Oversee task allocation, code reviews, project delivery, and conduct performance evaluations & skill development.
• Manage the entire SDLC, from planning to deployment, ensuring agile execution, sprint planning, daily standups, and thorough documentation.
• Stay updated with industry trends, propose innovative solutions, improve systems, and enforce coding standards through code reviews.
  
  

To Fit The Bill, You Must Have

• Engineer with 5+ years in software development & design, with 2+ years team handling experience.
• Expertise in MERN stack, RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Web Security.
• Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
