About The Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (Frontend) and Python (Backend), along with hands-on experience in Apache Kafka and large-scale mailing or communication platforms.

The ideal candidate should have worked in organizations building or managing enterprise-grade email systems similar other high-volume messaging infrastructures. This role requires deep technical expertise in scalable architecture, distributed systems, and real-time data processing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop scalable web applications using React.js.
• Build secure and high-performance backend services using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask).
• Architect and maintain event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.
• Develop and manage large-scale email processing systems, including SMTP, IMAP, and POP3 integrations.
• Optimize backend services for high throughput and low latency.
• Design RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and encryption standards.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and monitoring of production systems.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments.
  
  

Technical Requirements

Frontend :

• Strong proficiency in React.js
• Experience with Redux or Context API
• Knowledge of TypeScript is preferred
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and responsive design
  
  

• Strong command over Python
• Experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask
• Experience building scalable REST APIs
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
  
  

• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
• Experience with asynchronous processing and distributed systems
  
  

• Experience working on email or messaging platforms
• Strong understanding of SMTP, IMAP, and POP3 protocols
