Intern - Software Engineer

Job Description:

The Software Engineer intern contributes to industrial projects on Simulation Modelling and optimisation by developing custom software libraries.

The activities are:

• Evaluate current and future industrial system needs and develop the logistic and manufacturing simulation libraries in the Discrete Event Simulation environment.

• Use and execute processes, methods and tools dedicated to Industrial system design in order to deliver best in class industrial systems.

• Support Industrial Flow simulation modelling and key Airbus industrial challenges by providing suitable software libraries.

Testing the Industrial System Manufacturing Line design way of working through pilot cases in the plants/FAL’s following the Industrial deployment strategy with a 'I do, we do, you do' logic.

Skills:

Software Programming preferably Java, Logical thinking, Software development, deployment and testing, problem solving.
