Position Description

We are looking for ambitious students currently pursuing an engineering degree who are ready to gain hands-on experience and contribute to real-world challenges. This 8-10 week internship will involve working on a focused, impactful project within one of our Technology Data and Intelligence Domains, allowing you to create innovative value for our customers.

We are looking for problem solvers who care about making a meaningful impact and enjoy working as part of a collaborative, distributed team. As an Intern, you will be supported along the way and will have opportunities for continuous learning and mentorship.

Job Duties And Responsibilities (Internship Scope)

As an Intern, you will be expected to:

• Work effectively within an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Experience with Agile is a strong plus.
• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues.
• Collaborate with senior developers to implement AEM solutions based on project requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Java, HTL/Sightly, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Contribute to project documentation, including technical specifications and development processes.
  
  

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Interest in software development experience, and testing that supports building highly reliable, mission-critical software.
• Ability to program in at least one Object-Oriented (OO) programming language (e.g., Java, Golang, and/or Python).
• Familiarity with JavaScript and React experience.
• Understanding of distributed system concepts like Web Services, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and REST APIs.
• Able to apply knowledge gained in computer science courses (e.g., Data Structures, Algorithms) to real-world problems.
  
  

Experience in the following areas is considered a plus:

• Working knowledge of web technologies (such as HTTP, HTML/DOM, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX) will be beneficial.
• Java programming foundation and proficiency in back-end technologies such as Java,, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with jQuery.
• Ability to write code in HTML/Sightly.
