Intern cum Full-Time Employment – Manual/Automation Tester

Compensation:

Internship Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Full-Time Salary Structure:

• Year 1: 2,50,000 PA
• Year 2: 4,00,000 PA

About the Role:

We are seeking detail-oriented and driven individuals to join our QA team as Manual/Automation Testers under an internship-to-full-time employment model. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in software testing, quality assurance, and automation tools.

During the 6-month internship, selected candidates will work on real-time testing scenarios across both manual and automation environments. Successful candidates will be offered full-time roles with a 2-year employment agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases (manual and automated) to ensure software quality
• Identify, log, and track bugs or issues across web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design test scenarios
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Postman, or similar
• Perform regression testing, functional testing, and API testing as needed
• Participate in daily scrum and QA status meetings
• Document testing procedures, results, and reports accurately

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong interest in software testing and QA methodologies
• Exposure to any automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter) is preferred
• Knowledge of basic testing concepts, SDLC/STLC
• Hands-on experience through academic or personal projects (preferred)
• Prior internship experience in QA will be an added advantage
• Self-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Recent graduates or final-year students willing to commit long-term

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
