Key Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Graduates in any discipline (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BBA, 3 years diploma)
- Ability to work night shifts and 5 days a week
- Prior experience in customer support is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through chat and calls promptly and professionally
- Assist US-based team and customers with their concerns and provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering customer support
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
- Continuously improve product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction
