Your role and responsibilities
You will be joining our HR Experience Process, Data and Technology (HRXP) Talent & Learning team, dedicated to delivering world-class HR experience. We develop and implement business-driven strategies, enhance HR systems, and work closely with the business to improve end-to-end HR processes, manage data, and oversee global systems. By taking a holistic approach, we ensure seamless integration of processes, data, and technology to benefit our people.
We’re looking for an individual with strong technology and analytical skills, focused on customer experience, and interested in enhancing user experience.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Each day, you will use data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting constantly in the continual service improvement process.

The work model for the role is:
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
- Providing business analysis, supplying technical and business process / data expertise, and supporting decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services within scope.
- Collecting and translating requirements for projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties.
- Applying related business processes knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services to build and deliver activities.
- Conducting advanced modelling activities for significant change programs.
- 5+ years of practical experience as a business / system / functional analyst in requirements analysis, management and change management.
- Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical IS capabilities and solutions.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, ExpertusOne, or similar platforms, especially in the Talent and Learning domain, is a plus.
- Experience with SaaS implementations, particularly in the HR domain, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage with both engineers and non-IT customers.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
