Job Description:
Kinaxis RR Consultant (2-6 years of experience)

We are seeking a skilled Kinaxis RapidResponse (RR) Consultant with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on managing incidents, service requests, problems, and change requests related to already implemented Kinaxis RR solutions, ensuring system stability and supporting ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve incidents, service requests, problems, and change requests for existing Kinaxis RapidResponse (RR) solutions, particularly in Demand Forecasting (DF) and Supply Network Planning (SNP) modules.
Work closely with clients to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal impact to supply chain operations.
Implement system changes, updates, and enhancements based on business requirements or user feedback.
Support the maintenance of system integrity and ensure the platform is continuously optimized to meet evolving business needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to document, communicate, and implement changes or updates.
Assist with integration efforts between SAP and Kinaxis RR, leveraging Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) to ensure seamless data flows and system interactions.
Work with Kinaxis TLO (Transfer Load Optimizer) to improve data integration and optimize load management processes.
Qualifications:

2 to 6 years of experience working with Kinaxis RapidResponse, particularly in Demand Forecasting (DF) and Supply Network Planning (SNP).
Strong experience in managing incidents, service requests, and change requests within implemented Kinaxis RR solutions.
Knowledge and experience with the integration of Kinaxis RR and SAP using Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Familiarity with Kinaxis TLO (Transfer Load Optimizer) for improving data loads and optimizing integration.
Ability to troubleshoot, resolve system issues, and implement configuration changes effectively.
Strong communication skills with a focus on client collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.

Mandatory Skills:
