Overview

• Manage and maintain company servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
• Ensure proper functioning of email servers, file servers, and databases.
• Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data.
• Monitor and maintain firewall, antivirus, and backup systems.
• Conduct security audits and implement necessary safeguards.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
• Assist in training staff on IT tools and systems.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
• Monitor network and system performance, optimizing as needed.
• Develop and execute disaster recovery plans.
• Procure and configure hardware (computers, printers, network devices).
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
