Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Administrator to oversee the end-to-end management of our IT systems and ensure smooth office operations. This role is responsible for managing Google Workspace, Teams, MS 365, user access, and network/system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Google Workspace, teams & MS 365 Management:

End-to-end ownership of user accounts (creation, deletion, transfers upon exit) across Google Workspace, Teams, and MS 365.

• Asset Inventory & Compliance:

Manage asset inventory for IT hardware and software, ensuring compliance during onboarding and exit processes.

• User Access Management:

Oversee user access management for seamless permissions and security.

• Network & System Management:

Maintain and troubleshoot network systems and ensure IT infrastructure runs smoothly and securely.

• Data Management:

Take care of data security, data theft, firewall and maintain data back-up

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT administration.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, teams, MS 365 and firewall.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent troubleshooting and system management skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹14,092.08 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Work Location: In person
