IT Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and committed IT Administrator to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and related hardware. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, security, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless IT operations and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain computer networks and related IT infrastructure, including hardware, systems software, and applications.
• Design, install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
• Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups as needed.
• Implement and monitor network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve network and system issues efficiently.
• Assign and manage network addresses (IP allocation) and user permissions.
• Work closely with vendors to resolve hardware/software issues and negotiate service agreements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 0-2 years of experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role.
• CCNA or CCNP certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, network infrastructure, and security principles.
• Experience with firewall configuration, VLANs, VPNs, and access control.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and Microsoft Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and scripting languages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
