Job description

We are looking for IT Administrator with 1year experience who will be responsible in managing our company’s system infrastructure and supervise our IT department. Candidate will be upgrading and installing hardware and software to resolve IT issues and maintaining our networks and servers.

In this role, the individual will protect our critical information, systems and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware and provide training of an overall IT strategy. Our organization being ISO27001 certified, the IT Admin person needs to take end to end responsibility for the surveillance audit and maintaining the certification control in the organization.

Candidate should lead initiative, ownership and responsibility.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the maintenance, configuration of reliable operation of system network service and virtualization.

· Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual server and instigate automation process.

· Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgraded IT infrastructure.

· Responsible for capacity, storages planning and database performance.

· Monitoring and maintaining network and server and as well as providing IT Support to the employees.

· Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.

· Creating user account and performing access control.

· Documentation process, as well as backing up and achieving data.

Skill:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience required.

· Strong knowledge of systems, networking software, hardware and networking protocols and security.

· Experience with scripting and automation tools.

· A proven track records of developing and implementing IT strategy and plan.

· At least 1 year experience in a similar role.

· Applicable professional qualification Such as Microsoft is preferred.

· Expected leadership, organizational and time management skill.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
