IT Analyst - Digital Experience

Position

Position: IT Analyst, Digital Experience

Location: Bangalore, India

What You Will Do

• Troubleshoot customer issues , including login problems, password problems, asset information, and account information.
• Work with Sales Operations team and IT as necessary to resolve account issues.
• Manage administrative escalations from our Support partners.
• Manage and collaborate with IT on s ystem enhancement requests and bug fixes.
• Test features for the support site and verify new releases.
• Monitor and analyze site metrics, system performance, and user activity.
• Forum administration, including posting announcements and solving basic customer issues.
• Build Riverbed Support’s social media presence (such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and manage support communications using these channels.
• Publish and maintain releases (documentation and binaries) for all product lines to support site 
  
  

• 1-3 years salesforce.com administration experience
• 1-3 years experience within an enterprise support organization (phone, chat, email, social media, knowledge base, customer portal, etc.)
• Strong a nalytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks across in a cross functional environment
• Experience with data analysis
