Job Description

Focus Areas:

The position requires a candidate with good knowledge of Intune, PowerShell Scripting and JAMF

Help drive the journey of Intune adoption for endpoint management.

• Develop and maintain Autopilot Implementation in Allegion environment.
• Drive Windows Update for Business\Windows Autopatch Adoption.
• Windows Virtual Desktop, AVD and Windows 365.
• Intune Configuration Profile maintenance.
• Cloud adoption by implementing new features released by MS to improve endpoint management.
  
  

Knowledge on advanced PowerShell scripting and Power Bi reporting.

• Develop PowerShell Scripts for better management of endpoints on Intune/SCCM/ Azure Graph API platform.
• Good knowledge on Shell \Bash scripting\JAMF API
• Work with stake holders to develop cross platform automation.
• Develop PowerShell Auto Remediation Scripts for compliance issues.
• Develop/maintain PowerBI dashboards for Windows/Security Compliance.
• Working experience on building SSRS SCCM reports.
  
  

Awareness of latest Microsoft and MacOS updates and features

• Continuous evaluation of new features and updates released by Microsoft and Apple.
• Keep oneself updated on the latest trends in the domain and continuous learning.
• Working experience on third party patch management
  
  

Experience in Application Packaging

• Experience in Application packaging via Intune and JAMF
• Build platform PowerShell scripts and Bash scripts
• Deployment of Applications, Proactive remediation in Intune
  
  

Skillset

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Electronics or equivalent combination of education and professional experience required.
• 4-9 years of experience in JAMF and Intune Competency.
• 4 to 5 years of deep knowledge of Scripting with API
• Good knowledge on Azure Active directory.
• Good knowledge on Azure Platform, Azure automation Runbook, function app
• Good to have knowledge on Virtual machines, AVD and Windows 365
• Knowledge on ITSM and ticketing tool like Service now.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with good time management skills.  
• Customer service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills.  
• Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail  
• Proven ability to work closely with the business community as well as technical resources in a tactful, professional manner. 
• Ability to facilitate meeting of peers, enable discussions that leads to resolution and communicate results. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and persuade others to accomplish challenging goals and objectives
• Works well with teams that may be globally co-located.
