Job Title : Business Analyst

Job Overview : We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features

Skill - Set : Documentation, agile, customer relations,

Requirements Gathering, Functional Documentation,

Business analysis, communication skills, email,

Software Functional Design , Business Process modeling

Responsibilities :

• Requirement Analysis - Understanding Business Needs and translate them in to detailed Business and Functional requirements.
• Collection of Data from different stakeholders and documenting the data.
• Drafting Business requirement document (BRD) and Functional specification documents (FSD) and System Requirement specification(SRS).
• Interaction with all levels of management for gathering requirements.
• Identifying Gaps between Business and Technical teams and Act as a liaison between business and stakeholders.
• Conduct Scrum meetings and sprint review and Retrospective meetings.

Requirements :

• Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
