Job Summary:

The IT Engineer/IT Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the company's IT systems, Zoho CRM, digital platforms, and internal IT requirements. This role involves coordination with external vendors, system monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT tools used across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with IT vendors for Zoho CRM customization, implementation, and improvements.
2. Regularly monitor Zoho CRM and other Zoho modules, identify errors and incorrect data entries, and ensure system accuracy.
3. Support internal teams in maintaining structured data and proper system usage.
4. Coordinate with the digital marketing agency for website updates and minor corrections.
5. Assist in basic in-house digital marketing activities under guidance, including content updates and coordination.
6. Manage IT setup for new employees, including laptop configuration, software installation, licenses, and access.
7. Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, and system access.
8. Provide basic troubleshooting support for systems, software, and user issues.
9. Ensure smooth functioning of the company's IT infrastructure and applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. 2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems, or CRM coordination.

3. Working knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar CRM systems.

4. Basic understanding of website management and digital tools.

5. Familiarity with hardware setup, software installation, and user support.

6. Proficiency in MS Office, system tools, and basic troubleshooting.

7. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

8. Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
