IT & ERP Manager

Overview

Handle admin related all task.

1. To keep clean and maintain the entire office.

2. Responsible for follow-up to first attempt house-keeping ground floor & set-up all floor cleaning.

3. Responsible for Attending all queries from all departments & fulfilling their needs.

4. Responsible for Coordinating with the security team & observing their works & updating them about the works/ guiding them during work.

5. Responsible for Coordinating with the pantry team in getting their requirements. Arranging the office boys to get the requirements for pantry from outside.

6. Daily checking of all floor & out-side area cleaning of house.

7. Check Basement cleaning, Parking area, Employees lunch area cleaning.

8. Supervise ongoing new work or repairing work of house.

9. Also do calls to venders for follow-ups, Also do price comparison with other venders. Also place order to venders also deal with venders regarding rates and all.

10. Responsible for attending service people come from outside for office work.

11. Take care of complaints raised by the floor manager and fix it as soon as possible.

12. Responsible for follow-up to along with the cleaning lady one of our person should be there to monitor them

13. Take care of things (lift, intercom, CCTV, Music system, Green wall, Elevation cleaning, AC etc.).

14. Also take all records about changed lights, devices, water filter, etc. also take note of new products installed.

15. Responsible for taking requirements for House Keeping and full fill all need.

16. Responsible for checking the light, fan, and lock during closing time at the end of day. (Ground Floor and Basement)

17. Responsible for purchasing house-keeping material and pantry items

18. Responsible for garbage covers which the cleaning lady carries will be checked by security.

19. Take care of kitchen cleaning.

20. Hardware & Networking basic repair and maintance of IT equipment.

21. need to assist software manager as and when reuquire.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
