Job Title: IT Executive (Hotel)

Job Overview:
The IT Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the hotel’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of all technology systems, and providing technical support to staff and guests. This role involves overseeing network security, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and implementing technology solutions to enhance hotel operations and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:IT Infrastructure & System Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and functionality of all IT systems, including hotel Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), and reservation systems.
• Ensure the smooth operation of network infrastructure, servers, Wi-Fi, and communication systems.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV, key card systems, and other security-related technologies.
• Manage IT asset inventory, including computers, printers, and other devices.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support to hotel staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist guests with IT-related concerns, such as Wi-Fi connectivity or business center usage.
• Identify and resolve system errors, connectivity issues, and software malfunctions.
• Conduct routine system checks and preventive maintenance.

Security & Data Protection:

• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect hotel data and guest information.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery systems to prevent data loss.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry standards.

Software & System Upgrades:

• Coordinate software updates, patches, and system upgrades to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors to implement new technologies or troubleshoot software issues.
• Ensure that all hotel IT systems are integrated and functioning optimally.

Collaboration & Training:

• Work closely with different departments (Front Office, Finance, Sales) to support IT-related functions.
• Train hotel staff on IT systems and best practices to optimize workflow.
• Provide technical guidance on IT procurement and digital transformation strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
