Job Summary:

Divine Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage, maintain, and support the company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems, supporting daily operations and contributing to ongoing IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and internal systems.
• Monitor and manage network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches).
• Perform regular backups and ensure data security across systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Ensure timely software updates, antivirus patches, and license renewals.
• Provide technical support to employees in person, via phone, or through remote tools.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation of configurations and user access.
• Support in implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures and best practices.
• Assist in the development and execution of IT policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an IT support or system administration role.
• Strong knowledge hardwear networking , outlook configuration.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred) and basic database management.
• Hands-on experience with backup systems, security software, and user management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
