IT Executive

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a competent and proactive IT Executive to manage and support our company’s technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure the security and integrity of company data.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Support: Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
• Network Management: Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections.
• Software Management: Install, upgrade, and maintain software and applications across the organization.
• Data Security: Implement and monitor data backup and disaster recovery operations.
• IT Asset Management: Maintain inventory of all IT hardware and software assets.
• User Management: Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors for IT purchases and service issues.
• Documentation: Maintain records of systems configurations, issues, and resolutions.
• Compliance: Ensure IT systems comply with internal policies and external regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or IT administrator role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and security protocols.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, antivirus software, and backup tools.

Work Environment:

• Office-based role with potential on-call duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
