Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain VPS (Virtual Private Servers) and Cloud Servers for hosting applications and services.
- Configure, support, and troubleshoot TSPLUS for remote desktop access and application delivery.
- Implement and manage VPN solutions to ensure secure remote connectivity for users.
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Firewalls to safeguard network infrastructure (e.g., FortiGate, SonicWall).
- Oversee Data Center (DC) operations including server uptime, backups, cabling, and environment control.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain VMware virtual environments (vSphere, ESXi).
- Support BPL (Backup Power & Line) management for infrastructure resilience.
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor systems for performance, reliability, and security issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for systems configurations, incidents, and procedures.
- Provide technical support to internal users and escalate critical issues as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
