About Us:

We are a leading 4-star hotel located in the heart of Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad, known for delivering excellent service and state-of-the-art hospitality experiences. We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks, routers, and access points across the hotel premises.
• Provide technical support for all hotel staff and guest-related IT issues.
• Install, update, and maintain software and operating systems used in the hotel (e.g., PMS, POS, accounting software).
• Monitor and maintain network systems, ensuring minimal downtime and fast response to issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain IT asset records and perform regular system backups and recovery checks.
• Support CCTV, biometric, and VoIP systems within the property.
• Provide basic hardware troubleshooting and repair (printers, PCs, routers, etc.).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of Wi-Fi configuration, LAN/WAN networks, and general IT infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of software installation, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a hotel environment and flexible with shifts if needed.
