Budgeting and Financial Management

• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Analyze spending patterns and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Justify IT investments to the executive team and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

• Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and manage service level agreements to ensure performance standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill their IT needs.

Ensuring Cybersecurity and Compliance

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect organizational data and IT assets.
