IT Executive

Overview

The IT Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and networks. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end-users, and implementing new technologies to enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:

Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly.

2. System Maintenance:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems.

Monitor and ensure system performance, security, and reliability.

3. Network Management:

Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connections.

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure uptime.

4. Data Management:

Backup and restore critical data as required.

Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.

5. Vendor Coordination:

Coordinate with vendors for purchasing IT equipment and software.

Manage service agreements and warranties.

6. IT Projects:

Assist in planning and implementing new IT projects and upgrades.

Conduct research and recommend improvements to IT systems.

7. Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of IT assets, issues resolved, and system configurations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
