Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Expeience required 1-3 years
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, CCTV, Payment Getway (Transition) and networking equipment.
- Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability.
- Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, network-related and payment related issues.
- Manage data backups and system updates.
- Ensure IT security (firewall, antivirus, user access control).
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and service contracts.
- Maintain asset inventory and IT documentation.
- Assist in setting up and managing email, cloud, and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Gmail).
