- Providing technical consultation and support in enterprise systems
Requirements and skills
- Network Management: LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls.
- System Administration: Windows, Linux/Unix OS, Active Directory, server management.
- Database Knowledge: Basic knowledge of SQL, MySQL, Oracle, or other DBMS.
- Cybersecurity: Antivirus management, data protection, basic risk assessment.
- Hardware Troubleshooting: PCs, printers, servers, and mobile devices.
- Cloud Services: Familiarity with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Backup and Recovery: Data backup tools and disaster recovery planning.
