IT Executive

Overview

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field (computer science or systems management) 3-4 yrs experience.
• Installing and configuring computer / Laptop hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners .
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company, Mumbai & Delhi (this may

be in person or over the phone or remote access )

• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology 8.Possibly training more staff members
• Create and manage new user IDs in mail server and resolve related problems.
• Ms Outlook configuration, Outlook Backup and restore and troubleshooting.
• Work with Windows Server 2008 R2, DNS and DHCP, User and Group Management. Configuring Windows Group Policy.
• Mange and configure Firewall
• Maintain and troubleshooting of CCTV equipment.
• Monitoring CCTV on daily basis
• Monitoring Daily Backup of Data
• Maintenance of Xerox machine, CCTV, Biometric machine
• Take pre-quotation for laptop/desktop and prepare document (property belonging form) before handover it to respective person and take signature on it.
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Coordinate with site team and solve IT related issues within 2-3 days
