About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced IT professional to manage our company’s technical operations, software systems, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with troubleshooting, software support, and IT maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and software
- Provide technical support to internal teams
- Install and configure hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security, backup, and system performance
- Collaborate with other departments for IT-related needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT or software support
- Knowledge of system troubleshooting, networking, and hardware
- Familiarity with software like ERP, CRM, or ticketing tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
