- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability, availability, and security of IT resources.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery procedures are in place.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, inventory, and software licenses.
- Support the implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in evaluating and recommending new technologies to improve business operations.
- Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and conduct regular system audits.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurements and maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,920.13 - ₹30,488.90 per month
