Overview
The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, systems, networks, and cloud operations. The role involves hands-on experience with Linux systems, cloud platforms, CCTV & camera setup, and end-user support for PCs and laptops. The candidate must ensure smooth IT operations, security, and availability across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:1. Server & Network Management
- Manage, monitor, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux-based).
- Perform regular system backups, security patches, and updates.
- Ensure network stability and manage routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and maintain uptime for all systems.
2. Linux & Cloud Administration
- Work with Linux servers for configuration, deployment, and maintenance.
- Manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) for data storage, access, and virtual environments.
- Ensure data integrity, access control, and resource optimization in cloud environments.
3. Hardware & System Support
- Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and software-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely maintenance or replacement.
4. Surveillance & Camera Setup
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
- Monitor network connectivity of cameras and ensure uninterrupted recording and storage.
- Coordinate with vendors for camera setup, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
5. IT Infrastructure Handling
- Oversee overall IT infrastructure including cabling, power backup, networking racks, and internet connections.
- Coordinate with service providers for smooth IT operations and AMC renewals.
- Implement IT security protocols, antivirus updates, and access control measures.
6. User & Access Management
- Manage user accounts, credentials, and system permissions.
- Support new employee onboarding with system setup and configuration.
- Maintain IT documentation for system configurations, passwords, and asset tracking.
7. Support & Reporting
- Provide prompt technical assistance to employees for all IT-related issues.
- Maintain daily logs of issues resolved and assets handled.
- Generate periodic reports on IT performance, uptime, and maintenance status.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Linux OS, Windows Server, and Cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with networking, camera setups, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
