About the job:

Job Summary: The ERP Coordinator Representative will provide technical assistance to schools using the company's ERPsoftware, ensuring that their queries and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

Key responsibilities:

1. Provided technical support to schools using the company's ERP software, ensuring queries and issues were resolved in a timely and effective manner.
2. Conducted software installations, upgrades, and maintenance for clients, minimizing downtime and maximizing system efficiency.
3. Coordinated with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs and issues reported by clients, ensuring quick and accurate resolution.
4. Designed and customized reports using the software and guided teachers and administrators as per client requirements.
5. Worked on fee management, admission management, transport management, student management, and other modules used in school administration, as per client needs.

Service Terms:

1. One-year service agreement for selected candidates.
2. Six months' probation period (included within the service agreement period).

Salary:

₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
