IT Executive

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive who will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure across all our centres in West Bengal. The candidate must be comfortable with frequent travel and on-site troubleshooting.

• Provide on-site IT support across 20+ healthcare centres in West Bengal
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, routers, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, and third-party software/hardware support
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Monitor internet connectivity and network security across centres
• Implement data backup and recovery processes
• Provide basic IT training and support to centre staff
• Ensure compliance with data security and healthcare IT standards
• 2–5 years of relevant IT support experience (Healthcare experience preferred)
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / BCA / Diploma in Hardware & Networking
• 2–5 years of relevant IT support experience (Healthcare experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Hardware & Networking
• Windows OS & basic server management
• LAN/WAN configuration
• CCTV systems (preferred)
• Basic firewall & network security
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across West Bengal
• Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
