Overview
Job Purpose :CCTV camera setup, configuration, and troubleshooting; maintain network and computer systems and ensure that all systems are operating smoothly and efficiently, without problems or glitches; help make the system work better and faster. Job Description :Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests
- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer and device hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software, including call center hardware and software and other network and system problems.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications and virus protection software.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Check, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with live streaming.
- Add or remove CCTV cameras depending on needs and situations.
- Set up and install physical access control systems for FCPL offices.
- Monitor the working of physical access control systems, troubleshoot in case of malfunction, and resolve issues.
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests from parents and employees; escalate more
complex issues to vendors. Minimum Education :Graduate any stream/BCA / B.Sc. (IT) / B.Sc. Skills :Technical
- Working knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems, including Microsoft
- Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SQL Server
- Working knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards,
Non-technical
- Problem Sensitivity—The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong
- Judgment and Decision Making—Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential solutions to choose the most appropriate one
- High level of patience and professionalism when working with other employees who will have a varying range of computer competencies.
- Problem solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm when dealing with a crisis.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
