About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide IT support to staff for hardware and software issues.
2. Install and update operating systems and required software.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network problems.
4. Maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
5. Ensure antivirus updates, data backup, and basic IT security.
6. Maintain records of IT assets and systems.
7. Assist staff with day-to-day technical issues.
8. Diagnose and repair both hardware and software problems.
