About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
2. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
3. Manage and monitor network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
4. Ensure smooth functioning of CRM/ERP systems used in real estate operations
5. Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and issue resolution
6. Maintain data backups, system security, and antivirus updates
7. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
8. Assist in website management and basic server handling (if applicable)
9. Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and user access controls
10. Support email systems, cloud platforms, and collaboration tools
11. Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security standards

Other Requirements:

1. 1. Knowledge of Windows OS, basic Linux (preferred), and MS Office Suite
2. 2. Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
3. 3. Experience with CRM tools (real estate CRM preferred)
4. 4. Basic understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Workspace)
5. 5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
6. 6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
