- Installation and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, etc.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Managing system formatting, OS installation, and upgrades.
- Monitoring LAN/Wi-Fi/network connectivity.
- Coordinating with internet vendors and service providers.
- Managing routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections.
- Providing technical support to employees.
- Handling email configuration and password resets.
- Resolving day-to-day IT complaints and tickets.
- Maintaining IT inventory records.
- Tracking asset allocation and maintenance history.
- Coordinating AMC and warranty-related activities.
- Coordinating with IT vendors/service providers.
- Comparing quotations for IT purchases and repairs.
