IT Executive

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Executive with expertise in ERP implementation and management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ERP/SAP/FOCUS and be capable of handling the full life cycle of ERP implementations. This role requires strong technical skills, project management abilities, and excellent communication to ensure seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement and manage ERP/ SAP/ FOCUS systems.

· Specialize in at least one ERP/FOCUS module, with expertise in FOCUS 9 being an advantage.

· Ensure smooth sales and purchase process flows within ERP/FOCUS.

· Collaborate with different teams, vendors, and consultants for successful ERP implementation.

· Develop strategies, procedures, and plans for ERP full-life cycle implementations.

· Manage scope, risks, and budgets efficiently.

· Maintain data integrity and security within the system.

· Plan, execute, and document test cases, scenarios, and validation processes.

· Oversee project management and team coordination for IT-related initiatives.

· Prepare and present technical reports and project updates.

ü Daily Query Tracker

ü Weekly Asset Tracker

ü Monthly Procurement Plan

ü Quarterly Rate Contracts

Qualifications & Skills:

· B.Sc./ BCA/ Diploma/ B.E./ B. Tech/ MCA/ MBA or a graduate in any specialization.

· 5-8 years of experience in software implementation in ERP/SAP/FOCUS.

· Strong knowledge of ERP modules and business process flows.

· Experience in FOCUS 9 is a plus.

· Proven expertise in project management, risk assessment, and scope management.

· Ability to develop strategies and execute plans for efficient ERP implementation.

· Strong understanding of data security and system integrity.

· Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
