Job Title: IT Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Executive to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, and software applications. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, providing technical support to staff, and working on IT-related projects to improve efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, hardware, and software.
• Provide technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues (hardware/software/network).
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve technical issues related to systems, applications, and networks.
• Ensure the security of IT systems and data through regular backups, updates, and implementing cybersecurity measures.
• Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations and software inventories.
• Set up new hardware, software, and IT systems for employees, ensuring seamless integration.
• Assist with software and hardware upgrades, installations, and replacements.
• Support in managing and maintaining internal servers and network infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases, repairs, and services.
• Implement and maintain system upgrades, patches, and software licensing.
• Assist in planning and executing IT projects to improve systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of IT resources.
• Provide training to employees on the use of IT systems and software.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and IT security.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues across various systems and platforms.
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with server management, cloud solutions, and network configurations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with staff and vendors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with IT asset management and procurement.
• Knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies.
• Certifications in relevant IT areas (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco, Microsoft Certified Professional, etc.) are a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
