Urgent Requirement of IT EXECUTIVE ( EDP ) for manufacturing industry
Minimum years of experience : *4-6 year
Location - Jalandhar
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the plant’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, printers, and user systems.
Manage and support ERP/CRM/MRP systems used for production, inventory, sales, and finance operations.
Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime for production and office staff.
Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Maintain data backup systems, cybersecurity protocols, and disaster recovery plans.
Develop and implement IT policies and standard operating procedures.
Ensure the integrity and security of plant data and communications.
Monitor and optimize the performance of all IT systems, including local and cloud-based solutions.
Manage IT inventory and procurement of hardware/software.
Liaise with head office IT teams to align local systems with corporate standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a similar IT/EDP role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
