Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Administrator with ERP expertise to manage,

maintain, and optimize our ERP environment along with ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT

infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle,

NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or other platforms) and possess strong system administration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP System Administration:

• Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot ERP systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Install, configure, and upgrade ERP modules and associated applications.
• Administer user access, roles, and permissions within the ERP system.
• Implement and manage system backups, disaster recovery, and data security for the ERP platform.
• Analyze and optimize ERP system workflows to improve business processes

System Administration:

• Maintain and manage servers, network devices, and IT infrastructure.
• Perform routine system monitoring, maintenance, and performance tuning.
• Apply patches and security updates to prevent vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core network services.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Security and Compliance:

• Ensure ERP and IT infrastructure comply with industry standards and company policies.
• Implement security protocols and policies to safeguard critical business data.
• Perform regular audits, backups, and disaster recovery tests.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with functional teams to identify and resolve ERP-related issues.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on ERP applications and system usage.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for reference.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in system administration and ERP management.
• Proficiency in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle) and scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Shell).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Understanding of IT security protocols, firewall management, and data protection practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP integrations, customizations, and reporting.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and change management processes.
• Knowledge of API connections and middleware solutions.
• Certification in ERP systems or system administration (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle).

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
