We are seeking a skilled and driven IT Executive to join our expanding team and contribute to the success of our eVTOL program.

About The Role

We are looking for an IT Executive with 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and user support. The candidate will handle firewalls, servers, storage, cloud resources (AWS/Azure), VPNs, Intune, and Microsoft Purview policies, along with laptop/desktop onboarding, IT asset management, and end-user support to ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Security

• Configure and manage FortiGate Firewall (policies, SSL VPN, Site-to-Site VPN, NAT, security profiles).
• Deploy and monitor AWS and Azure cloud services (VMs, storage, networking, backups).
• Install, configure, and support Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
• Manage Intune policies (device compliance, app protection, conditional access).
• Implement and monitor Microsoft Purview (DLP, data classification, compliance).
• Manage file servers, RAID/NAS/SAN storage, and backup/restore operations.
• Ensure network uptime (LAN/Wi-Fi/WAN) and resolve connectivity issues.
  
  

End-User Support

• Provide L1/L2 support for laptops, desktops, printers, and applications.
• Handle employee onboarding/offboarding (laptop/desktop setup, email/AD/Intune accounts, access rights).
• Troubleshoot issues related to VPN, Office 365, and collaboration tools.
• Ensure endpoint security with antivirus, patching, and updates.
  
  

Asset & Documentation

• Manage IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, servers, network devices, software licenses).
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and change logs.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure & support.
• Knowledge of FortiGate Firewall (VPN, policies, NAT).
• Experience with AWS & Azure cloud administration.
• Strong skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
• Experience with Intune device compliance and Microsoft Purview DLP policies.
• Good understanding of storage (RAID, NAS, SAN) and backup tools.
• Hands-on experience with laptop/desktop onboarding and IT asset management.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
