Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in creating and managing user accounts in email systems such as Google Workspace
• Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Help in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software
• Support network setup and maintenance including WiFi access points, switches, and firewall systems
• Monitor IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees by setting up email accounts and provisioning access
• Maintain IT inventory and asset records
• Help in managing data backup and security procedures
• Support the IT team in resolving technical issues reported by users
• Assist in documenting IT processes and system configurations
