BMR Legal Advocates is a boutique law firm founded in 2010 specializing in the areas of Corporate International Tax, Transfer Pricing, GST, Customs & Trade, with expertise in litigation services, controversy management, strategic transaction advisory and policy.

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s IT infrastructure, supporting internal users, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all technical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems including computers, printers, servers, and networking equipment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery systems are operational.
- Assist in IT procurement and asset management.
- Support implementation of new software, upgrades, and patches.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to support their technology needs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in an IT support or system administration role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
